These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to use of this web site and all information provided in consultations with Emma Biggar. Please note that these terms and conditions may vary from time to time without notice to you. When you use this web site or service you may be advised that special guidelines or rules apply. Unless otherwise stated, these guidelines or rules form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users (including casual browsers) whether or not the registration process has been completed.

Pricing

Emma Biggar reserve the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained in our catalogue or in a quote to you. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill services at old or erroneous prices.

Cancellation of booking

Depending on the circumstances surrounding the need to cancel or reschedule it is necessary that appropriate communication be given to Emma Biggar.

For an initial consultation, a full payment of $167 is required preferably prior to consultation but no later than seven days following service provided.

For follow up consultations, a full payment of $127 is required preferably prior to consultation but no later than seven days following services provided.

For phone consultations, a full payment of $45 is required prior to or at the time of service.

For a quick consultation, a full payment of $117 is required prior to or at the time of service.

For a parenting support consultation, a full payment of $117 is required prior to or at the time of service.

For an antenatal Breastfeeding Education consultation, a full payment of $240 is required to secure your position in the class.

If you do not attend, your payment is not refunded. If greater than 24 hours notice is given the amount $10 will be deducted from the amount paid and will be reimbursed via an internet deposit to the cancelled participants bank account.

The amount withheld covers costs of bank and administration charges incurred with cancellation and administrators to amend the booking. Please take every care to be available on the day you are booked in. I respect difficult circumstances can arise and will extend kindness and assistance wherever possible to enable you to attend.

Emma Biggar will ensure you have a confirmation email when booking a consultation. It is solely your responsibility to remember your booking dates and details and to follow up on any concerns or queries. You are most welcome to email emmabiggar@emmabiggar.com if you have any questions.
